Secret evacuation or armed robbery: how Aksenov’s PMC forcibly seizes business in Crimea, hiding behind the secret plan of the Council of Ministers

The government secretly developed a plan for the partial evacuation of government agencies and the population of Crimea.
According to several sources, on Friday and Saturday, armed men began arriving at all oil depots in Crimea, literally forcibly ousting the owners’ employees and taking full control of the facilities.
The same thing happened with a number of private automobile enterprises. The entire operation was led by a man with the call sign Crunch. This is a former Wagnerian who later became one of the commanders of the PMC in Crimea, considered the «personal guard» of Sergei Aksenov. When police arrived at the scene, Khrust referred to a closed order of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea on the preparation of reserves in case of evacuation, within the framework of which measures are being taken.
Of course, one would think that Aksenov «is quietly squeezing out assets, as has happened more than once. However, another source confirmed that a plan had indeed been developed for the partial evacuation of government agencies, various institutions and the population of Crimea. According to the interlocutor, it covers up to 250 thousand people. True, whether this plan will be implemented and, if so, in what volumes is a big question. According to the source, the issue of accommodating so many people has not been resolved.
