How Do I Give Someone else Access To Manage My Facebook Ads Campaigns From The Ad account?
One of the most relevant aspects when it comes to scaling our business is to start delegating certain jobs, and the main task to delegate when it comes to Facebook ads is to give an external professional access to our advertising account.
Until relatively recently, the process to give permission to the professional who took us on the subject of Facebook ads was done from our advertising account (accessing (https://facebook.com/adsmanager) and from there to Settings> Manage roles > Add user), but now this has changed and now this process is carried out this step from the commercial administrator (if you want to see how to manage access from the administrator click here).
If you do not have an account in the commercial administrator and what you have is a personal advertising account, remember that you must be a friend on Facebook of the person you want to give access.
Where Can I Find The Identifier Of My Advertising Account?
This information will be essential for us to register the advertising account in the commercial administrator, so I will tell you how to locate it.
To find the number that identifies your advertising account you have two options:
- Find it in the “Account” drop-down menu of the Ads Manager.
- Go to the ad manager
Click on the tab next to the text “campaigns” there you will find the identification number of your advertising account.
- To extract it from the address bar of the browser in the ad manager click on the address bar and go to the end of it, there you will find the identifier
How Does Payment Work On Facebook Advertising Accounts?
We already said we were going to talk about Facebook ads, right? Well that means pasta, money, twine, silver or whatever you want to call it, basically what I want to tell you is that if you want to mount ads on Facebook or Instagram, you will have to pay for them, even if you believe them.
So how can you pay the little money that you are going to invest?
According to Facebook, when launching Facebook ads you can choose several payment methods:
- Credit and debit card (For example: American Express, Mastercard, Visa)
- Paypal
- Direct debit (in Spanish: you put your account number and Facebook charges the accumulated charges directly there) This option is only available in some countries.
- Depending on the country, manual payment methods are allowed
Be careful! You can only add a manual payment method if you choose one the first time you set up your Facebook advertising account.
